Safari:  Go to the Safari Menu, if Block Pup-up Windows has a checkmark next to it, click on it to uncheck OR Click on preferences in the Safari Menu, then click on Security, and uncheck Block Pop-up Windows

E-mail Issues:

The browser will attempt to open the default e-mail program when you try to e-mail from the Contact Us page, to set your default e-mail program follow the steps below for your particular browser:

Safari:  Unfortunately, Safari will not allow you to designate a default e-mail program directly from the browser - it must be down from the Mail application in Mac OSX. If you have not already changed this preference, you probably should copy the contact address into a message using your usual e-mail program.

Mozilla Firefox:  For Windows users:  You will need to go into your e-mail program and set it as the default.
For Mac users:  You will need to follow the directions in the Safari description above

Netscape 7.2:  This browser uses Netscape Mail as the default.  It may be easier to copy the contact address into a message using your usual e-mail program.

IE6 and IE7:  Click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then click on the Programs tab, then select the e-mail program you wish to use as your default from the drop-down list for E-mail, click Apply, and then close.  If this does not work, you will have to copy the e-mail address into the e-mail program you want to use
